A graduate with Honors from the University of Michigan in engineering and an MBA from Stanford University. Mr. Jacquet is Professional Engineer with 10 years’ experience developing O+G resources in the North Sea with Occidental Petroleum. Mr. Jacquet has worked in the Private Equity industry (Bain Capital, Summit Partners and Parthenon Capital) for over three decades developing small companies into large companies and taking companies public to raise capital for expansion.

PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  Dr. Vick was the General Manager of the Wabash Gasification Facility from 2003 to 2006 and then led the technology development of the Lima Ohio Ultra Clean Synthetic Crude Facility.

Graduate of Oregon State with an BSE and MSE, Mr. Lockwood is a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP). Developed extensive Gasification expertise while working with Dr. Vick on the Wabash and the UCSC Facilities at Lima Ohio.

Graduate from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and former McKinsey & Co. consultant, Mr. Riera brings considerable expertise in the Gasification Industry from his recent 4-year experience as the Founder and CEO of EnviroPower Renewables Inc. which converts waste to electricity via gasification.
